Oyster Harvesting

  We receive our oysters fresh from the boats twice a week to ensure you the best available products in the shortest amount of time. We use our own refrigerated trucks to pick up and deliver your seafood products. We have available, for you, oysters from Texas, Louisiana and Florida. Oysters from other locations maybe possible.

Some Oyster harvesting locations, have seasons when they can't be harvested. When locations are closed, we try to supply product, from other locations, available year round.
 
Oyster Sizing
    Our Oysters are washed , culled and sized before they are boxed in ice. When sizing,  we sort  two main sizes, they are Mediums and Primes.  The counts and weights vary a little, due to the fact that oysters come in varying sizes. The very large oysters are removed for shucking, The  small oysters are removed all together. On special orders we can size the oysters as requested to suit your needs.

Sample Counts

30# Box Mediums = 85 to 100 ct.

30# Box Primes = 65 to 85 ct.
